Crayox keeps product claims, customer ownership, private-beta limits, and operational responsibilities visible rather than hiding them in a generic footer.

This policy explains what information Crayox collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Contact us if anything is unclear.

Information we collect

Account details you provide, such as your email address and name.
The prompts, assets, domains, and project content you use to create and edit websites.
Usage information needed to operate the service, including generation activity, plan usage, provider attempts, and error logs.
Billing references such as Stripe customer, subscription, Price, invoice, and payment-status identifiers when you use a paid plan.

Payment information

Stripe processes Checkout, payment methods, recurring charges, invoices, and the Billing Portal. Crayox receives billing identifiers and status events needed to grant plan access, prevent duplicate subscriptions, and provide support. We do not store complete card numbers or card security codes in the application database.

How we use information

To generate, store, publish, and let you revise your websites.
To connect domains and provide the features included with your plan.
To process subscription status, usage limits, invoices, cancellation, and support.
To operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the service.
To communicate with you about your account and material service changes.

Your content

The strategy, copy, assets, and pages generated for your projects belong to you. Your projects are isolated from other customer accounts. We do not sell your project content.

Data retention and deletion

Your projects remain available while your account is active. Project and account deletion requests are handled through available product controls and support. Some billing, security, fraud-prevention, tax, and audit records may be retained when required for legal compliance or legitimate business operations.

Service providers

We use infrastructure, AI, image-generation, deployment, domain, storage, analytics, communications, and payment providers to deliver the features you choose. These providers process information only as needed to provide their contracted services and are subject to their own privacy terms.
