Policy surface

Readable commitments, explicit boundaries, and a direct support path.

Crayox keeps product claims, customer ownership, private-beta limits, and operational responsibilities visible rather than hiding them in a generic footer.

This policy explains what information Crayox collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It is written to be readable rather than exhaustive; contact us if anything is unclear.

Information we collect

  • Account details you provide, such as your email address and name.
  • The prompts and project content you create in order to generate and edit websites.
  • Basic usage information needed to operate the service, such as generation activity and error logs.

How we use it

  • To generate, store, and let you edit your websites.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the service.
  • To communicate with you about your account.

Your content

The strategy, copy, and pages generated for your projects belong to you. Your projects are private to your account and isolated from other accounts. We do not sell your content.

Data retention and deletion

Your projects remain available while your account is active. Project deletion and account-deletion requests are handled through the product controls and support process available to your account.

Service providers

We rely on infrastructure and AI providers to operate the service. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the features you use.
