These terms govern your use of Crayox. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter into this agreement.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Do not resell access in a way that violates your plan or account terms.
Your content and ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create and the websites generated for your projects. You grant us the limited permissions needed to store and process that content to provide the service.
Plans and usage
Free and paid plan features, generation allowances, custom-domain limits, seats, and other entitlements are described on the pricing and billing pages. Paid project creation may be unlimited while metered services such as AI generation, image generation, domains, deployment, or support remain subject to the limits shown for your plan.
Trials and recurring billing
When paid checkout is available, monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown in Stripe Checkout until canceled. An eligible first customer may receive the trial shown at checkout. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected payment method will be charged when the trial converts to a paid subscription. Stripe securely processes payment details; Crayox does not store complete card numbers.
Plan changes, cancellation, and refunds
Existing subscribers manage plan changes, payment methods, invoices, and cancellation through the Billing Portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues through that period. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where a refund is expressly approved. Taxes may be added when applicable. We may change future pricing with advance notice; a change will not retroactively alter a completed billing period.
Billing activation
A pricing page, account, or beta invitation alone does not create a paid subscription. A paid subscription begins only when Stripe Checkout is presented and you affirmatively accept the plan, billing interval, trial terms if any, and amount shown there.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We may update features and these terms over time; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
